Mogren Landscaping Supply has been in business for over 50 years.  We want your experience with us to be of good service and great products.  Listed below is some of our policies regarding returns and refunds.  Please read them carefully.

 

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, America Express, checks or cash.

 

All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

All refunds must have a receipt!

 

Purchases through a credit card or check will be refunded as a credit to your credit card or paid back to you by check.

 

$20.00 charge on all returned checks.

 

If our driver must drive across something or someone’s property to deliver goods the customer must sign off and assume full responsibility and agree to pay for all damage which might be caused to that property by Mogren Landscape Supply.

 

Returns:

If there is an order processing or shipping error we will handle it immediately and work with you to minimize inconvenience.  If the customer agrees, Mogren Landscape will consider the option of having the materials discounted, rather then having it returned.

 

There are no returns or refunds of decorative rocks, boulders, mulch, dirt, sand or product that been installed or been delivered more then 24 hours.
